Ted Bush - PresidentTed Bush has more than 29 years of experience in the metal building industry and has served as Red Dot’s President since 2001. Ted began his career at Red Dot Buildings as Operations Manager in 1994 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 1997. As a third-generation owner, he has helped the company grow in industry prominence by attracting talented, servant-minded professionals to a Red Dot team focused on providing an exceptional customer experience through superior technical support and attention to detail. Prior to joining Red Dot, Ted earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University, and a Master’s of Sports Management from the University of Richmond.

Darrell Geisendorff - Vice President of SalesThe year you started with Red Dot: 2009 Educational Background: B.A. in Business Management & MBA -University of Texas at Tyler Associations/Affiliations: Former U.S. Marine, Board Member of Directors for Meant to Soar, Member of Acts of Mercy Fun Fact: Darrell takes pleasure in serving both locally and internationally. When he is not engaged in these activities, he can often be found kayak fishing in the various bays of Texas.

Tom Perry - Senior Vice PresidentTom Perry has served as Senior Vice President since joining Red Dot in 2017. Tom has 33 years of experience in the construction, metal components, and metal building industries. He began his career in the component industry in 1995 as a Regional Manager for MBCI and was promoted into various leadership positions within multiple companies of NCI Building Systems over a 22-year career. As Senior Vice President and Contracts Executive, Tom's responsibilities include protecting Red Dot via contract analysis and negotiations as well as formulating required legal strategies by collaborating with corporate attorneys. Additionally, utilizing his wealth of industry knowledge, Tom has been instrumental in the growth and profitability of Red Dot's erection management services department. Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology & Construction Management from East Carolina University.

Brian Jones - Chief Operating OfficerBrian Jones, who has held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales since 2015, has recently been elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Brian began his career in the metal building Industry at Red Dot Buildings and has successfully worked his way up through the ranks over the years. Brian took a position as our Accounting Manager in 1999 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations from 2003 through 2012, and then went on to become the Vice President of Accounting until 2015. Mr. Jones has a B.S. in Business Administration, Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Texas Tyler, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

David Sherzer -Senior Vice President/ Chief Finance OfficerDavid Sherzer has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Red Dot Buildings since October 2017. In this capacity, he oversees all functions related to accounting, finance, analytics, HR, information systems, and purchasing. David came to Red Dot with a diverse background of experience, including positions of increasing responsibility at the White House from 2003-09. Subsequently, he led a private equity group that built, operated, and ultimately sold a chain of restaurants. David has a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a Master’s in Accounting from Texas A&M-Commerce.

WelderJob Summary: Weld all clips and connection plates per AWS standards Essential Functions: * Make welds to ensure that they meet the specifications governing the jobs (AWS customer specifications, etc) * Place welds according to the weld maps and in accordance with WPS specifications * Operate crane and lifting devices to move materials * Operate standard chains to move materials * Must maintain knowledge of all area work and processes * Maintain compliance with all Red Dot Corporation policies, procedures, and guidelines * Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and regulatory requirements * Ensure welders clean beams after the welding process and before entering the paint shop * Perform special assignments and other duties as required * Set up welding machine, set heat controls, and clean equipment as required * WE DO OFFER ONSITE JOB TRAINING* * NIGHT SHIFT DOES HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF MAKING INCENTIVE PAY*

EstimatorThe Estimator is responsible for synthesizing product cost information using design software, vendor quotes, and proprietary estimation tools in creating an estimate of materials and labor of the project. Proficiency in reading architectural drawings, Excel, and other common office software is a plus. The Estimator works alongside Sales and Pricing teams to provide accurate and timely quotes to customers in a fast-moving environment. Skills and Experience Desired: Previous metal building estimation experience Education or experience in detailing or drafting Previous work in the PEMB industry Ability to read architectural drawings Experience with MBS software Undergrad education in architecture, engineering, or construction management Daily Tasks: Review and update job scopes Use MBS to evaluate building designs and costs Communicate with multiple departments within Red Dot to ensure the scope is accurate and fully encompassing Additional Information: Salary and Compensation are Based on Skills and Experience, But Highly Competitive

Purchasing Buyer/ProcurementPurchasing Buyer/Procurement Job Responsibilities: · As a buyer at Red Dot, you are responsible for the procurement of all required materials to fabricate our buildings. · Review all order acknowledgments to ensure all material has been ordered correctly and will be delivered as scheduled and on time. · Assist accounting with any invoicing issues that may arise when the material billed does not match the material ordered. · Perform all other related duties as assigned. · Develop and maintain strong business relationships with vendors. · It is essential that you build a strong working relationship with your co-workers within the purchasing department, as well as other departments throughout Red Dot. Required Skills/Abilities: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to see the job as a whole and not just the information in front of you. · Ability to think outside the box and work under pressure. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Strong negotiating skills. · Be a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Education and Experience: · At least 3 yrs. of purchasing experience. · Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not necessary depending on work history. · Experience within the pre-engineered metal building field is preferred, but not required.
