On Red Dot projects that include erection management, building installs are completed by vetted subcontract erectors, with in-house Red Dot construction managers providing frequent inspections to ensure adherence to strict safety guidelines, proper installation sequencing, effective customer communications, and timely project completions.
FINISHING STRONG
As the project nears substantial completion, an experienced Red Dot building inspector will visit the construction site for a final in-depth quality review. This inspection will verify that all Red Dot-supplied components were installed with a high degree of workmanship and care. When addressing punch list items, a Red Dot rapid response field repair team can be scheduled to facilitate an expedited project finish.
