Inside Sales Manager
Job Description: The technical advisor to the Outside Sales Manager, in charge of development of the scope of work for architectural projects, to be used for both Red Dot personnel and our customers.
Job Duties:
-Performs takeoffs of architectural projects to be used by Estimation and Pricing. Responsible for identifying pertinent project documents and placing/maintaining on the network.
- Assist in obtaining special vendor and labor pricing.
- Prepares any needed documents for presentations with the customers. This includes schedules, sketches, and product data information.
-Verifies that the appropriate specifications and drawings were used with the sold scope of work. Then consolidate the relevant bid documents into one set of job drawings and one set of specifications to be placed on the network.
-Offers assistance to other Red Dot departments when questions arise on scope related issues.
- Visits Architects, General Contractors, or customers to assist the Outside Sales Manager on technical issues and/or pre-sale meetings.

Project Technical Manager
Position: Project Technical Manager (PTM)
Job Description:
The Project Technical Manager (PTM) is responsible for working with Red Dot construction managers and customers to diagnose and rectify technical issues as they occur. This position works closely with all internal departments to convey the problems and solicit advice and direction to resolve the issues in an expedient manner. The PTM serves a vital role in improving quality control efforts within Red Dot by collecting and recording data, identifying trends through objective and subjective analysis, and presenting data in a manner that can be used to improve upon the performance of every department.
Job Requirements:
Education / Experience

Bachelors Degree in an applied science related to engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field, or,

Associates Degree or Trade School Degree in a program related to design and drafting, engineering, construction management, or related field, along with (2) years of professional experience in related field, or,

High School Diploma with (4) years-experience in the Pre-engineered Metal Building field with direct involvement in construction, design, detailing, or any other technical role.

Change Order Specialist
Job Description: The Change Order Specialist is responsible for processing and pricing scope changes that may come from any department within Red Dot. As a Change Order Specialist, you will work with a variety of departments to determine the cost of the change. You will then prepare a quote to be sent to the customer. Upon approval, the change order will be finalized and forwarded to the appropriate departments within Red Dot.
Job Duties: (May include, but not limited to)
- Track and maintain change order status via smartsheets
- Estimate hard costs of scope changes
- Communicate with multiple departments within Red Dot to ensure scope changes that are requested are captured accurately and with Proper Detail
- Process change orders according to the customers’ acceptance or decline of quote
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Experience Desired:
- Previous metal building estimation experience
- Education or experience in detailing or drafting

Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible to the inbound and outbound truck traffic from Red Dot. They are responsible for the coordination of 18-wheeler truck delivers to construction projects across Texas and adjoining states. They will work along side various work groups to provide on time deliveries for PEMB steel buildings.
Essential Functions:

Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

Schedule contract haulers to pick up finish product and deliver product to job sites

Schedule Red Dot employes to make delivers to job sites and pick up material from vendors

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations

Reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy

Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to any obstacle to deliver products and prevent timely delays

Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
